General Questions

We only sell collections.  The crystals we source are specifically chosen to work together to form a cohesive story.

Our crystals arrive in a luxurious presentation box, and are custom tumbled to our specifications so we can offer larger, better quality, and rarer tumbled crystals than many other sets do. We put together curated groups of crystals and gemstones that have a unique aesthetic, that have individual stories that weave together in an interesting way, and meet our exacting quality and sustainability requirements. As we only sell collections, we are able to custom order a large number of crystals.  This is how we are able to provide luxury stones at a reasonable price.

We try our best to source our stones as ethically as possible from a labor and environmental standpoint.  The great majority of our stones are from Brazil.

Each stone is unique. They range from .75 to 2.5 inches in length. They won’t all be small or all be big – they’ll be various sizes to make a cohesive set. They’ll be big enough to feel heft and texture in your hand, but also convenient to bring with you. In aggregate, the crystals in the standard sets weigh just under 1 pound,  


All of our stones are tumbled and polished, but otherwise untreated, and we choose them to have deep, vibrant colors and natural texture and striations. As they are 100% natural, there will be some variation even between the same types of stone. Each stone on its own is powerful in its own way, but the way they work and feel together is the key to our product. They are beautiful as home décor. Some suggestions for placement in your home: the entryway console, your bedside, and on your desk. Bring a crystal with you as you travel, commute, make a speech, or take a test.

These crystals are stored in our warehouse adjacent to sea salt.  If you do choose to cleanse them when you receive them, we recommend a non-contact salt cleanse, by putting your crystals in their box or a glass bowl and resting them on a salt bed.  We do not recommend soaking in salt water as some of your crystals are delicate and may be damaged by this method.

Returns Questions

Please reach out to hello@shopcrystalist.com with your order number and the products you’d like to return along with reasons for return, and we’ll send you everything you need. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

All returns must be processed within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment, and your refund, less the cost for return shipping, will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid for express shipping, please note that charge will not be refunded.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please take a photo of your packaging and erroneous product and email us at hello@crystalist.com and we will get you the right product in your hands ASAP.

 

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Crystalist currently ships to the 50 states in the USA and Puerto Rico. Please email us at hello@crystalist.com to request your country and we’ll work on adding it! 

Shipping is free for standard, and varies for express depending on how many items you’ve ordered, which is automatically calculated during checkout.

 We will process your order in 1-2 business days, and standard shipments typically arrive between 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping will arrive in 2 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking to populate in the system. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico please allow an extra 5 business days for your order to arrive on top of standard shipping.

If you need to change your address for your order please email us at hello@shopcrystalist.com as soon as possible after you notice the error. If the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to change it.
