Crystalist currently ships to the 50 states in the USA and Puerto Rico. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your country and we’ll work on adding it!
Shipping is free for standard, and varies for express depending on how many items you’ve ordered, which is automatically calculated during checkout.
We will process your order in 1-2 business days, and standard shipments typically arrive between 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping will arrive in 1-2 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking to populate in the system. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico please allow an extra 5 business days for your order to arrive on top of standard shipping.
If you need to change your address for your order please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible after you notice the error. If the order has already been dispatched we will not be able to change it.
All returns must be initiated within 2 weeks of receipt of shipment, and your refund will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid for express shipping, please note that charge will not be refunded.
Please reach out to hello@shopcrystalist with your order number and the products you’d like to return along with reasons for return, and we’ll send you everything you need. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please take a photo of your packaging and erroneous product and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get you the right product in your hands ASAP.
